Refunds:

Motion Works will not offer a refund in full or partial on parts or services rendered without having the opportunity to exam and evaluate the item on the repair bench. Clock I.D. & Value Requests:

With many e-mail requests asking for the values, identification, obtaining parts, etc. We spend a fair amount of time answering these requests, directing the inquirer to sources for parts, time spent looking through trademark books and written material. 99% of the time, we receive no response after wards or that of a simple thank you for our time. As with anyone, our time is money and time better spent attending bench repair work rather than scouring material for information on our time. We'll be happy to obtain this information if the clock in question is sent to our shop for evaluation. Reasonable research fees will apply to all such requests ($45.00). Our evaluation, estimated values, date of build, etc. are those based on findings from price guides and several means available to us. These estimates are NOT formal and cannot be used as a basis for insuring the item (s) or that of appraised values for resale purposes.

  Thank You.
